As a member of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC), and as a member of the REC, we follow the REC 'Code of Good Recruitment Practice' (76Kb PDF). This code of conduct has been created in consultation with industry stakeholders to ensure that all its members conduct their business ethically and to the highest standards.
As an active member of ScotlandIS, we support the Scottish Technology Forum and industry focus. We work with many of the ScotlandIS members, and have assisted these companies in their growth strategies.

We are members of the CIPD and active member within the Scottish network. We have assisted many members in the recruitment and selection of IT candidates.
