9-20 recruitment is an award winning privately owned company founded in 2004 by Wendy McDougall. From our headquarters in the city centre of Glasgow our objective is to be at the very forefront of the IT recruitment and resourcing business by helping our UK based clients meet their resource requirements through 'finding people for jobs, not CVs for vacancies'.
