Wendy McDougall - Managing Director
Having been recognised in the National Business Awards for Scotland as a finalist herself in the ‘Entrepreneur of the Year 2007’ and appointed to the Board of Scotland’s technology governing body ScotlandIS in 2009, Wendy is thoroughly embedded in the Scottish technology sector.


Gordon Brown - Sales Director  
Gordon has been established within the professional IT recruitment market since 1999. Beginning his IT recruitment career in London servicing a national UK account and focussing on candidates’ delivery channels, Gordon then returned to Scotland where he continued to utilise his expertise representing two of the largest Scottish-based IT agencies before starting up 9-20 in 2004.


Kenneth McDougall - Chairman 
Kenneth has been running a number of businesses for the last 45 years including 'Ellis & McDougall Lifts Ltd'. His business skills and entrepreneuring spirit greatly assist 9-20 recruitment with focussing and targeting market strategy.
